Watching the Oscars. Lauren Bacall did not just come out and completely blow her monologue. It couldn't be. I am surprised. I felt bad for her.
And WTF, "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" won an Oscar over Dolly Parton, or Izthak Perlman, or whomever else was in that category?! You gotta be kidding. And there was no respect for the show at all...did you see how they were dressed? Give me a HUGE break.

I watched it for the first time. Had no idea that the Oscars adn Academy Awards were the same thing. I did enjoy Lily and Meryl and their skit...very funny.

I felt bad for Lauren, I almost thought she was going to have a stroke on stage.
And for Reese Witherspoon to win over the other actresses? C'mon, is she really Oscar worthy? A few years now from the Academy will look and say WTF were we thinking! The whole time she was giving her speech I felt like I was wathcing Legally Blond.
Like Ep I loved Lily and Meryl. I had a hard time focusing on things other than Meryl's cleavage.
